Meet the Team

Owner & Designer
Hi, I'm Pam.
I’ve been in love with floor plans as far back as I can remember. Not quite your typical interest for a 5-year-old, but nonetheless, it stuck with me through high school and college. After obtaining a Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, I’ve spent the last 20 years working for multiple remodeling companies. I have designed, estimated, and managed everything from small remodels to multi-million-dollar whole-home constructions.
My Philosophy
When it comes to design, I’m all about function first. While function and aesthetic go hand-in-hand, most remodeling projects come from the desire for a better, more usable space. Above all, your space should work how you need it to.
My Goal
I’m here to make the process fun and exciting, especially during the design phase! This is the part where all your ideas for transforming your space finally come to life—at least on the computer. This phase is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. With all the ideas comes lots of options, and you might not know which one to pick! That’s where I come in. It’s my job to dive deep into how each design will work—or not work—for your family. Together, we’ll create a plan that maximizes function while integrating seamless design.
Architectural Designer
Hi, I'm Brandi.
Brandi is the Architectural Designer at CPD and will be working with clients to make their dreams come to life in the planning phase. With two daughters, one pup, and a love for travel, concerts, and soaking up the summer sun, Brandi brings energy and creativity to everything she does.
My Background
Her journey started designing floor plans for major fitness centers like YMCA, Anytime Fitness, boutique gyms & fitness centers. Highlights of her design career have included the University of Wisconsin and training facilities for teams like the Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Blackhawks. But when COVID hit, she shifted gears to focus on residential designs, specializing in 3D renderings.
Fun Fact
Brandi found her way to Cedar Point Designs after the universe practically pushed her into it! After multiple signs (and literally parking outside the office by chance), she knew this was meant to be. Now, she’s a key part of the team, and it feels like she and Pam have known each other for years.

Office Manager
Hi, I'm Carrie.
Carrie is our organizational powerhouse, managing incoming leads, streamlining processes, and creating efficient systems for job sites, clients, and employees. With over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager, she’s also setting up seamless systems for managing trade partners and suppliers.
My Background
Carrie’s background includes studying Interior Design at the Art Institute of Minnesota and Business Management at Minnesota Southeast. Now, she’s blending her business savvy with her design passion to help us create beautiful, efficient spaces!
Fun Fact
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys time with her three adult children and three sweet dogs. When she’s not organizing behind the scenes, she’s hiking, horseback riding, or off on her next adventure—she recently hiked Machu Picchu!
